Mini-Shoot Agreement

Price $199

20 minute photo session,  5 digital files are included (your choice). Additional images/products may be purchased separately. 

Mini Sessions include up to 5 people (for family or groups). If you have additional people or pets, give the studio a call at 816.665.4921. Pets are welcomed they just require a little prep.

By purchasing a Portrait Session you are agreeing to the following: I understand the studio reserves the right to use digital and/or film negatives and/or reproductions for display, promotion or other legal purposes. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, digital files and transparencies, will be the exclusive property of Anna Dougherty Photography.

 If the person photographed is under 18, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on his or her behalf.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, 100% of the session fees paid are non-refundable. Session fees are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated.

WEATHER: If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge or client my request a refund.
